Using the Remote Control for DVD Playback

You can use shortcut commands to control DVD playback. See the following list of commands for quick reference.

Remote Control Button DVD Action

DVD MENU Displays the DVD menu

PLAY Plays the DVD in the optical drive

STOP Stops DVD playback and opens the Stopped menu

REW (Rewind) Reverses DVD playback (If playback is paused, the REW button reverses DVD playback frame by frame)

FF (Fast Forward) Advances DVD playback (If playback is paused, the FF button advances DVD playback frame by

frame)

PAUSE Pauses DVD playback (Press again to resume playback)

REPLAY Returns to the beginning of the DVD chapter (To return to the beginning, press and hold the REPLAY

button)

SKIP Advances to next DVD chapter (To advance to the end, press and hold the SKIP button.
